As an XD lead, it’s my job to envision and define solutions that strike the balance between strategic goals, research, creative, accessibility, and practical theory. I work with product and engineering teams to create services that customers love and systems that empower employees.

Experience
Working at digital agencies most of my career, I have a wide range of experience from enterprise product design to responsive marketing platforms to kiosk design. I especially love untangling complicated architectures, establishing design systems, and facilitating experience design workshops. Right now, I’m working at Best Buy Health improving our Urgent Response services & processes.

I’ve got an academic background in Human Factors and expertise in usability testing and design. And if you were curious I have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Psychology and Theater from Tufts University. Definitely ask me about the BS in Drama.
Working from home, my new officemate is my golden retriever, illy, named after the coffee. She’s very cute, but has a questionable work ethic.
